Kyung Min
Creative Director
As Creative Director for Elative Marketing, a new media design and web marketing firm, Kyung Min helps businesses embrace emerging web communications channels and smart designs that reinforce brand image for more effective and informed marketing strategies.
Kyung is involved in networks from San Francisco to Silicon Valley, which includes being Vice Chair of Communications, Marketing & Technology for the Palo Alto Young Professionals and an Ambassador for the Palo Alto Chamber of Commerce.
A diverse background in creative arts and business marketing for Kyung includes two Bachelor's degrees, one from Berklee College of Music in Electronic Production & Design and Music Business / Management, and another from Academy of Art University in Web Design & New Media.
Jeff Byrnes
Web Developer
Jeff Byrnes is an accomplished web coder, skilled in XHTML, CSS, open-source CMS deployment, PHP, and Javascript. Additionally, his knowledge of concepts driving MySQL and other relational databases make him a well-rounded developer.
Jeff has an excellent breadth of experience both through his endeavors in the web development business and as an employee of Apple, Inc., through whom he is a Certified Technician.

Wilfredo Valle
New Media Designer & Photographer
A native of the Bay area, Will is a multi-skilled New Media professional with a passion for a diverse range of digital arts. Of those, digital photography is his primary strength and focus.
As a photographer, Will has experience covering events and corporations, with photography to support PR and marketing efforts.
Will is set to graduate from the Academy of Art University with a BFA in Web Design & New Media in the Fall of 2010. You can find his personal portfolio which includes photography and design at his personal blog.
Andrew Kim
Events Marketing Manager
Andrew is skilled in creating events that have a curb side appeal, having managed many elements of corporate events in all aspects of building booths, managing unions, logistics, and effective hotel negotiations.
Recently, Andrew was the Tradeshow Coordinator at Digidesign, a division of Avid, overseeing all pro audio tradeshows and live sound events.
Andrew also has many years of experience doing event marketing and graphic design in the video game industry, including launching nationwide marketing events for the Guitar Hero brand at RedOctane, now part of Activision. He designed the award winning video game dance pads and packaging used in major retailers including BestBuy, Walmart, and Target.
